Pilot\u00e9 par ITOCHU Corporation, <\/font>un conglom\u00e9rat (\u00e9nergie, TIC, \u00e9lectronique, textile)<\/strong><\/font><\/a>, ce projet est int\u00e9ressant car il rassemble un large \u00e9ventail de partenaires d\u2019horizon diff\u00e9rent, et une approche combin\u00e9e de deux syst\u00e8mes : la production d\u2019\u00e9nergie et la mobilit\u00e9. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un projet de d\u00e9monstration dans lequel les v\u00e9hicules seront utilis\u00e9s dans des conditions de vie r\u00e9elle \u00e0 partir de mars 2010.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

La production d\u2019\u00e9nergie :<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7     <\/span><\/span><\/span>Tester la viabilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9utiliser des batteries de traction automobile en fin de vie pour des stations de stockage fixes. Pour cela, une \u00e9tude sp\u00e9cifique sera men\u00e9e en incluant un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le adapt\u00e9.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7     <\/span><\/span><\/span>Tester des mod\u00e8les permettant d\u2019utiliser au mieux les \u00e9nergies renouvelables pour alimenter des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques, \u00e0 partir de syst\u00e8mes de production d\u00e9centralis\u00e9s dans des magasins. Pour cela, il est propos\u00e9 d\u2019utiliser les TIC en conjonction avec des technologies de pilotage de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 stock\u00e9e pour d\u00e9velopper un syst\u00e8me optimis\u00e9 de production \u00e0 partir de panneaux photovolta\u00efques, de stockage dans des batteries statiques, puis de distribution dans des v\u00e9hicules.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7     <\/span><\/span><\/span>Enfin, tester la viabilit\u00e9 d\u2019un nouveau service de mobilit\u00e9 faiblement carbon\u00e9e. Pour cela, un service de v\u00e9hicule \u00e9lectrique en autopartage sera propos\u00e9 dans des magasins d\u2019alimentation et des stations services, utilisant \u00e9galement un syst\u00e8me de paiement sans contact \u00e0 la fois pour les v\u00e9hicules et pour la gestion de l\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Mais ce projet s\u2019inscrit lui-m\u00eame dans un programme plus vaste appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 la ville de Tsukuba<\/strong><\/font><\/a> (203 000 habitants,
\n ville nouvelle cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 1987 \u00e0 cot\u00e9 de Tokyo, d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la recherche dans le domaine des nouvelles technologies, particuli\u00e8rement celles qui concernent l'informatique, les communications et la robotique). En partant d\u2019\u00e9missions de GES estim\u00e9es \u00e0 8.3 TCO2 \/ habitant, l\u2019objectif est de r\u00e9duire de 50% en 2030 en travaillant tous les secteurs, les usages, les connaissances, sur la base de la coop\u00e9ration et de la participation du plus grand nombre.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n
