Une nouvelle fois, la cour supr\u00eame de Delhi suit la p\u00e9tition d'une ONG Manushi<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, et revient sur une d\u00e9cision pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : les v\u00e9lo-rickshaws auront de nouveau acc\u00e8s aux art\u00e8res principales. Et ceci malgr\u00e9 les avis contraires de la Police et des experts du Trafic, pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/a><\/span><\/strong>. En compl\u00e9ment, le gouvernement travaille maintenant sur des voies d\u00e9di\u00e9es aux v\u00e9hicules lents. <\/p>\n

La cour supr\u00eame indique que les v\u00e9los rickshaws proposent un mode de d\u00e9placement "\u00e9co-friendly" qui est n\u00e9cessaire. "With issues like climate change looming large, I don\u2019t think we can look at non-motorised vehicles (NMVs) like cycle rickshaws as elements which can be removed from Delhi\u2019s integrated transport network.
