Qui sera le premier en France ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gohrt.com\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Link to HRT\"><span class=\"drop_cap\">H<\/span>ampton Roads Transit<\/a><font color=\"#111111\"> (VA) will unveil an online tool that lets the public track the agency\u2019s performance. Board members praised Shucet on Monday for bringing the &quot;Dashboard&quot; approach to HRT.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;I think that openness and accountability at HRT is exactly what needs to be done,&quot; said Del. <a class=\"taxInlineTagLink\" href=\"\/topic\/politics\/g.-glenn-oder-PEPLT007430.topic\" id=\"PEPLT007430\" title=\"G. Glenn Oder\">G.
