Produite et con\u00e7ue en Pologne avec des caract\u00e9ristiques basiques, mais largement suffisantes pour un d\u00e9placement en milieu urbain ou p\u00e9riurbain, ce VE pourrait pr\u00e9figurer les futurs v\u00e9hicules int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans des services de mobilit\u00e9. Pour m\u00e9moire, une \u00e9tude ADEME – IFP (voir ici<\/a><\/strong>) a d\u00e9termin\u00e9 la puissance n\u00e9cessaire pour un v\u00e9hicule urbain, et comparer \u00e0 isoperformances v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectrique et thermique. La capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 concevoir et produire un VE \u00e0 6000 euros est acquise, il s'agit \u00e9galement de produire simultan\u00e9ment l'\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me dans lequel ce type de v\u00e9hicule s'inscrit. En effet, peu de m\u00e9nages (voir ici<\/a><\/strong>) pourront acqu\u00e9rir ce v\u00e9hicule que l'on peut qualifier de mono-usage (avec lequel on ne peut pas tout faire) en compl\u00e9ment d'un v\u00e9hicule standard thermique. Ce type de v\u00e9hicule \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 bas prix pourrait donc se d\u00e9velopper dans des offres de mobilit\u00e9s globales.<\/p>\n

Polish firm Romet presented<\/a> at Intermot 2010 in Cologne a prototype of small neighborhood electric car (NEV) named 4E (Electric, Economic, Ecologic, Easy). The 4E may go into production in 2011, mainly for Western European markets. <\/p>\n

Pricing isn\u2019s set yet, but is projected to be in the range of \u20ac6,000-7,000.<\/p>\n

The two-seater is powered by two BLDC motors, with total power of about 4 kW, and is powered by a Li-ion or lead-acid battery pack, with a capacity of about 10 kWh. Top speed is 45 km\/h (28 mph) with a range of about 100 km (62 miles).<\/p>\n
