La CE vient de lancer son site www.cleanvehicle.eu<\/a><\/strong> faisant suite \u00e0 la Directive du m\u00eame nom, V\u00e9hicule propre et \u00e9conome. Cette directive (disponible ici<\/a><\/strong>, d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9voqu\u00e9e l\u00e0<\/a><\/strong>) oblige toutes les commandes publiques europ\u00e9ennes de v\u00e9hicules lourds et l\u00e9gers d\u2019abonner le seul crit\u00e8re du moins disant \u00e9conomique, et d\u2019int\u00e9grer les externalit\u00e9s, c'est-\u00e0-dire les co\u00fbts globaux d\u2019utilisation du v\u00e9hicule sur son cycle de vie : les co\u00fbts li\u00e9es aux \u00e9missions de CO2, de polluants (CO, HC, NOx, Particules), et les co\u00fbts li\u00e9es \u00e0 la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie. Un v\u00e9hicule plus cher \u00e0 l\u2019achat peut \u00eatre choisi si ces \u00e9missions et consommation sont plus faibles, engendrant des externalit\u00e9s plus faibles, donc un co\u00fbt global (\u00e9conomie + environnement) plus bas.<\/p>\n

Ce site int\u00e8gre une immense base de donn\u00e9es sur tous les v\u00e9hicules lourds et l\u00e9gers qui permet de guider le choix. Les facteurs d'\u00e9missions des v\u00e9hicules l\u00e9gers viennent des mesures r\u00e9alis\u00e9es lors de l'homologation, pour les v\u00e9hicules lourds, en attendant des outils permettant d'acc\u00e9der aux \u00e9missions (voir ici<\/a><\/strong>), la commission propose \u00e0 l'utilisateur d'entrer ses valeurs de consommation bas\u00e9e sur son exp\u00e9rience. <\/p>\n
