En zones urbaines, la circulation routi\u00e8re est souvent la principale responsable de la pollution de l\u2019air et de ses effets n\u00e9fastes sur la sant\u00e9. Pour r\u00e9sorber ce probl\u00e8me de pollution, la loi dite "Grenelle 2" permet aux collectivit\u00e9s locales d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter pendant 3 ans un nouvel outil : les zones d\u2019actions prioritaires pour l\u2019air (ZAPA). De telles exp\u00e9riences existent d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans plus de 180 villes en Europe. Dans ces zones, les v\u00e9hicules les plus polluants pourront \u00eatre interdits de circuler, sous peine d\u2019une contravention. Les collectivit\u00e9s locales \u00e0 l\u2019initiatives de tels projets choisiront, aux cas par cas, les groupes de v\u00e9hicules interdits de circuler sur leur territoire, en fonction des enjeux environnementaux sur la zone et du contexte local, et sur la base d\u2019une classification et d\u2019une identification nationale des v\u00e9hicules d\u00e9finies par l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 minist\u00e9riel mis \u00e0 la consultation.<\/p>\n
