La r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Brookings concernant l'impact des transports public sur l'emploi ou la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l'emploi, ainsi que l'appel \u00e0 manifestation d'int\u00e9r\u00eat lanc\u00e9 par la ville de New York "DriveSmart Technology" confirme que les tensions sur le prix de l'\u00e9nergie <\/a><\/strong>lib\u00e8rent des opportunit\u00e9s, (r\u00e9)affirment le r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es et de la gouvernance.<\/p>\n Brookings vient de publier "Missing Opportunity : transit and jobs in Metropolitan America<\/a><\/strong>". En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, la situation pour acc\u00e9der aux lieux d'emplois n'est pas bonne avec une moyenne nationale de 30% (des personnes peuvent acc\u00e9der en TC \u00e0 l'emploi). Ce taux est variable en fonction des villes, et des salaires, sachant, que les faibles revenus y acc\u00e8dent encore moins. To better understand these issues, the Metropolitan Policy Program developed a comprehensive database that provides the first comparable, detailed look at transit coverage and connectivity across and within the nation\u2019s major metro areas<\/strong>".<\/em><\/p>\n La ville de New York vient de lancer son AMI DriveSmart Technology <\/a><\/strong>: Safety, money saving and time saving, technology for drivers.<\/p>\n Objectif : "Ways to provide driver benefits through in\u2010vehicle and communications technologies, software applications and related components to afford a range of services such as customized information on travel choices and cost<\/strong>; real\u2010time travel conditions<\/strong>; personalized feedback on recent trip\u2010making, and to support pay\u2010as\u2010youdrive insurance and integration of social networking and crowd sourcing<\/strong>. These services would help travelers make better use of the City\u2019s extensive multimodal transportation systems, bringing benefits to them individually and in the process improving the overall efficiency of system operations. NYCDOT seeks information from interested firms on effective technology and system approaches that would accomplish these goals, taking into account the demanding New York City operating environment. NYCDOT seeks to identify how the City can help advance these technologies and services toward the goal of developing what is likely to be a multi\u2010jurisdictional, public\u2010private program. Finally, NYCDOT seeks to gauge respondents\u2019 interest in participating in near\u2010term field tests of key program components."<\/p>\n Les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices attendus pour les utilisateurs sont list\u00e9s :<\/p>\n Une fois de plus, les TIC, si elles sont pens\u00e9es dans une approche syst\u00e9mique, peuvent changer les usages et les jeux d'acteurs : assurance, style de conduite, choix des routes, utilisation des couloirs, paiement du stationnement, et ma pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e : mileage based pricing structure.
