{"id":388,"date":"2011-08-03T08:43:54","date_gmt":"2011-08-03T08:43:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/transportsdufutur.ademe.fr\/?p=388"},"modified":"2015-07-21T16:36:45","modified_gmt":"2015-07-21T16:36:45","slug":"benefices-economiques-et-emplois-avec-des-voitures-plus-efficaces-usa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/transportsdufutur.ademe.fr\/2011\/08\/benefices-economiques-et-emplois-avec-des-voitures-plus-efficaces-usa.html","title":{"rendered":"B\u00e9n\u00e9fices \u00e9conomiques et emplois avec des voitures plus efficaces &#8211; USA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Le <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ceres.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">CERES<\/a><\/strong>, qui rassemble une coalition nationale aux USA &#8211; entrepreneurs, ONG, autorit\u00e9s publiques &#8211; autour du d\u00e9veloppement durable, vient de publier un <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ceres.org\/press\/press-releases\/more-jobs-per-gallon\" target=\"_blank\">rapport <\/a><\/strong>quantifiant les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices \u00e9conomiques et sociaux apport\u00e9s par la mise en oeuvre d&#039;une r\u00e9glementation sur l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des v\u00e9hicules l\u00e9gers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.greencarcongress.com\/2011\/07\/obama-20110729.html#more\" target=\"_blank\">L&#039;administration OBAMA propose un objectif moyen de 54.5 miles per gallon <\/a><\/strong>pour 2025, soit 4.3 litre\/100 km ou 101 gCO2\/km. L&#039;\u00e9tude a quantifi\u00e9 les emplois engendr\u00e9s par le besoin de recherche n\u00e9cessaire pour atteindre cet objectif. <\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->   <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>The six percent scenario (roughly 60 MPG) would generate an estimated $152 billion in fuel savings for consumers in 2030 <\/strong>compared to business as usual. Of the $152 billion saved at the pump, $59 billion would be expected to be spent in the auto industry as drivers purchase cleaner, more efficient vehicles. The remaining $93 billion will be spent across the rest of the economy, boosting consumers\u2019 discretionary income for everything from retail purchases to restaurant trips to increased spending on health care.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Nearly 700,000 new full time jobs would be created under the six percent scenario<\/strong>, compared to only about 350,000 jobs under the three percent (roughly 47 MPG) scenario.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>63,000 new, full-time domestic auto industry jobs would be created in 2030 under the six percent scenario<\/strong>; more than double the 31,000 jobs under the three percent scenario. <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>&#160;<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/old\/6a0120a66d2ad4970b014e8a56fcbd970d-pi.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Job_usa\" border=\"0\" class=\"asset  asset-image at-xid-6a0120a66d2ad4970b014e8a56fcbd970d\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/old\/6a0120a66d2ad4970b014e8a56fcbd970d-800wi.jpg\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto\" title=\"Job_usa\" \/><\/a>&#160;<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>States seeing the biggest gains in terms of relative impact on their job markets also have some of the largest auto industry sectors<\/strong>. Again, job growth would be significantly higher under the six percent scenario.&#160; The top 12 states in terms of percentage job increases include Indiana, Michigan, Alabama, Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Vermont, Oregon, New York and Missouri.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Net jobs gains in 49 states, and greatest job gains under strongest standards.<\/strong> Each of the four regulatory scenarios analyzed would bring substantial economic and job benefits for the U.S. economy in 2030.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Effects on state GDPs would be overwhelmingly positive<\/strong>. States seeing the biggest percentage GDP gains under the strongest fuel efficiency standard have large auto industry sectors. The biggest gainers would be Michigan and Indiana, followed by Kentucky, South Carolina, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Iowa, Ohio, Alabama and Oregon.
